We will be upgrading all cPanel accounts from version 10 to version 11 by the end of this month. Version 11 is currenty in it's beta release. We installed version 11 on our "non-production" server and found it more than worth it to upgrade. The new version features a whole new look and feel with many new features. As you already know, we don't upgrade any of our services unless it's determined stable or current. cPanel has recently announced that a stable release of version 11 will be available by the end of March.
During the upgrade you should not experience any downtime on http services. This means your website will remain online during the upgrade. The only downtime expected is for cPanel and WHM services. Our technicians will open a maintaince window of 5-10 minutes and perform the upgrade. After the upgrade your cPanel and WHM control panel will return online, upgraded to version 11. No information or settings will be lost during the upgrade.
Our support department has already been trained with version 11. If you have any questions regarding the update, or if you need help with the new interface once the upgrade is completed please open a support ticket from your billing portal.

AVL Networks has made the decision to expand it's services to the public. Prior, AVL Networks was hosting specific websites by invitation only. Each invitation was exclusive and our support team was assigned a specific company and domain to work with. We still currently work this way with only our current clients. Our dedication to your project has not changed, however we are now expanding our services. We hope to provide all of our future clients with the same exclusive hosting services we have been for years.
In other news, we have also transfered to avlnetworks.com with a revamped website design.
Welcome to the AVL Networks experience.
No system incidents have occured. AVL Networks is 100% operational.
