This content is kept secure and only viewable to the specific client and the AVL support team. Therefore, we are limited in providing 'public assistance', such as live chat. Many other hosting company's do provide this service, however we have chosen not to for security reasons. This is in the best intrest of our clients and their privacy. We do publicly provide cPanel, WHM, and Billing Portal assistance.
